We have just launched Automations, which lets you build email sequences and workflows directly in Mailtrap – no complex backend logic required.

How it works: Add contacts via API calls, Zapier, n8n, Make.com, or any tool of your choice. Build your automation logic using visual blocks. Define what happens when customers create an account, when a contact is added to a list, when a link in a campaign is clicked, or when contact details change (for example, after a purchase). Then choose an action to send an email using a predefined template.

With Automations, you can easily create welcome series, onboarding prompts, engagement campaigns, and milestone celebrations.
