30-day email log retention add-on is now available. Contact our support team and they'll turn it on for your account.

I’m with Mark on this one, as we’d love to see email logs going back at least 30 days. That’s a real deal-breaker for us to be limited to a mere 5 days.

      Hi Shane,

Thanks for sharing your feedback! Good news, this feature is already planned, and our team is working on it. We appreciate your input and the additional context around why longer email log retention is important for your workflow.

hi @Mark Oronzio, can you please specify about what limits? Maybe we should better describe how it works.

We have day limits only on our free plan.

On other plans we operate with hourly limits. And they designed to safeguard the system from abusers:

    • as you start sending the system adjust them automatically

    • we are always happy to increase them via support - sky is the limit, it can be 30k email per hour e.g.

I’m referring to the logs going back only 5 or 10 days. I understand the logs could get cumbersome over time for those who send many emails a day. We, however, may someday send 100 a day. During our Dev and QA phase, we are sending much less, and we could use a longer log timeframe for testing.

Thanks so much for the explanation. Please know that you can anytime download your email logs into a CSV file if a longer history is needed.

We try to follow common industry standards, but we’ve passed your request along to the product team as we always try to make a better product than competitors.
