SSO - when configured, block sign in form that domain

I would like to enforce SSO. Currently SSO is accessible via a specific link however users forget and use the standard sign in page which allow them to connect via the normal auth system.

When configured SSO, the standard page should detect the domain and enforced the usage of the SSO setup
