Mobile and Tablet size setting

As part of QA testing, we often need to be able to test specific px widths. e.g. 360px minimum to cover testing on Samsung devices that aren’t the Ultra variants.

Being able to set the default mobile and tablet width/length would greatly improve testing functionality.
