API Endpoints to list Contacts by list and account

We will be soon working on extending the API with endpoints for retrieving contacts, both at the list level and account level.

The main idea is to support:

• listing all contacts within a specific contact list

• listing all contacts across the entire account

This would be especially valuable for teams working with dynamic audiences, where contacts are frequently updated and need to stay in sync across multiple tools.
