Add ability to allowlist recipient domains to prevent potential abuse

Allow users to restrict transactional email sending to a predefined list of recipient domains on a per–API key (or SMTP credentials) basis. It will add extra security layer to protect both sender reputation and mailtrap's infrastructure in case of credentials exposure.
